This Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice explains who owns the content on demorr.in (the “Platform”), how you may use it, and how to tell us if you think something on the Platform infringes your rights. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions.

Ownership

The Platform and everything on it belong to Demorr (“we”, “us”, “our”) or to people who have licensed their work to us. This includes the Demorr name and logo, product names, packaging and label designs, product descriptions and other text, photographs, graphics, videos, page layouts and the software and design of the Platform. These are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Designs Act, 2000 and other applicable laws in India and abroad.

Trade Marks

“Demorr”, our logo and our product names are marks of Demorr. Other brand names, logos and product names that appear on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Showing a brand does not give you any right to use it. You may not use our marks, or anything confusingly similar, as a business name, domain name, social media handle, product name or in advertising without our written permission.

What You May Do

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to view the Platform and to use it to browse and buy our products for your own non-commercial purposes. You may share a link to a product page or post a screenshot to tell others about Demorr, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you or your business and you do not change the content.

What You May Not Do

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate or adapt our text, images, videos, designs or other content;
• use our content on another website, marketplace, social media shop or advertisement, or in a product listing for any item, including genuine Demorr products;
• remove copyright, trade mark or other notices;
• copy the look and layout of the Platform, or use bots, scrapers or other tools to collect content or data from it;
• imitate our packaging, labels or brand identity, or sell counterfeit or look-alike products;
• create a website, shop or account that suggests it is connected to Demorr; or
• use our content for training or building a competing product or service.

Content You Send Us

If you send us a review, photo, video or any other content, you tell us that you own it or have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use it on the Platform and in our marketing, in any media. You keep ownership of your content. Please do not send us material that belongs to someone else.

Reporting Infringement

We respect the rights of others. If you believe that something on the Platform copies your work or infringes your intellectual property rights, please email spsbeautylabs23@gmail.com with the subject line “IP Notice” and include:

1. your name, address, email address and phone number;
2. a description of the work or mark that you own, with proof of ownership if you can;
3. the exact link (URL) or location of the content that you believe infringes it;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and
6. your signature, which can be typed.

We will look into valid notices promptly and may remove or disable the content while we do so. If we remove content that you posted, you can write to us with an explanation and we will review it. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Reporting Counterfeits and Misuse of Our Brand

If you see someone selling fake Demorr products, copying our packaging or using our name or content without permission, please send us the link and any details at the same email address. We may take action, which can include legal steps.

No Other Rights

Nothing on the Platform gives you ownership of, or a licence to use, any intellectual property of Demorr or anyone else, except for the limited permission described above. All rights not expressly given are reserved.

Governing Law

This Notice is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about it is subject to the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.
