These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website demorr.in (the “Platform”), which is operated by Demorr (“we”, “us”, “our”) from Amritsar, Punjab, India. By browsing the Platform, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the other policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

About Demorr

Demorr is a hair care brand. We make and sell shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, hair oils, tonics and related products directly to customers through this Platform. We are not a marketplace and we do not sell on behalf of other sellers.

Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Platform, including customers who place orders and visitors who only browse. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

These Terms should be read together with our Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, Product Disclaimer and Ingredient Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.

Your Account

You may need an account to place orders, track shipments or save your details. When you create an account you agree to:

• give accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date;
• keep your password confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
• tell us promptly if you suspect that someone has used your account without permission; and
• take responsibility for everything that happens under your account.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe that the information provided is false, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that these Terms have been breached.

Products, Prices and Availability

We try to describe our products accurately, including their ingredients, sizes and usage instructions. The product label and packaging are always the final source of information, and small differences in colour, texture or packaging between photographs and the real product can occur.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or withdraw offers at any time, but the price you see when you confirm your order is the price that applies to that order. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Products are sold subject to availability. If an item you ordered is not available, we will let you know and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

Orders, Payment, Shipping and Returns

The steps for placing an order, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds are explained in our Terms of Sale and in our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. In short: an order is accepted when we dispatch it, orders are shipped across India, and returns are handled under the rules described in those policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the Platform for any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• upload or send content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, our servers or other users’ accounts;
• use bots, scrapers or similar tools to copy or monitor the Platform without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its security; or
• resell products bought from the Platform as a commercial reseller without our written permission.

Reviews and User Content

If you post a review, rating, photo or other content on the Platform (“User Content”), you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful and that it does not break any law or any third party’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use that content on the Platform and in our marketing. We may remove User Content that breaks these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. To ask us to remove something you posted, write to us with the page link and your reason.

Intellectual Property

The Demorr name, logo, product names, packaging design, images, text and other content on the Platform belong to Demorr or its licensors and are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. You may view and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use any part of it without our written permission. Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep information accurate and the Platform running, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Tips, routines and other hair care information on the Platform are for general information only. They are not medical or dermatological advice. If you have a scalp condition, allergy or sudden hair loss, please speak to a qualified doctor. Results from hair care products vary from person to person. See our Product Disclaimer for details.

The Platform may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Demorr will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or the User Content you submit.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, internet or payment outages, or failures of courier and technology providers. We will tell you about any significant delay and work to resume normal service as soon as we can.

Grievance Redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you can raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer by writing to spsbeautylabs23@gmail.com with the subject line “Grievance”. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Platform after the update, you accept the revised Terms. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms that applied when the order was confirmed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Both you and we will first try to settle any dispute by talking to each other in good faith. If that does not work within 30 days, the courts at Amritsar, Punjab will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum.

General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the policies referred to in them are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• Language: these Terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
